New at Celé Wellness
Meet Ali Simon
of She's Nutritious, Celé's in-house Nutritionist
Ali works with women whose labs come back "normal" but who still don't feel like themselves: the exhaustion sleep doesn't fix, the unpredictable cycles, perimenopause, the body that stopped responding to what always worked. She reads functional bloodwork through optimal ranges, which catch dysfunction before it becomes disease, then builds a plan around your body, not a template.
Why Ali Works in Programs
A single session is a snapshot. Real change in hormones, metabolism, digestion, and skin happens on a timeline: bloodwork reflects a new intervention in 8 to 12 weeks, cycles regulate over three to four months, and gut repair is a season, not a session. Ali's programs are built to match that timeline, and every one begins with a complimentary discovery call.
Every program starts here
The Discovery Call
20 Minutes · Complimentary
Before you commit to anything, you talk. Tell Ali what's been happening: the symptoms, the timeline, what you've already tried. By the end of the call you'll have:
- Ali's honest read on what might be driving your symptoms
- Which labs she'd want to run and why
- A clear recommendation on which program fits, or a referral if she's not the right fit
- No obligation to book
Decide on the call and save on your program:
Need to talk it over first? Say so on the call and Ali will hold your savings for 48 hours.

Three paths, one philosophy: food first, labs always.
Rooted
The 3-Month Root Cause Reset
You've been told your labs are "normal," but you don't feel normal. You're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix, your skin is breaking out past the age it should, your cycle is unpredictable or changing in your forties, your digestion runs the show, or you've just had a baby and don't recognize your own body. You want answers, and a plan you can actually follow.
Dealing with something for years, multiple overlapping issues, trying to conceive, or coming off long-term birth control? You'll get further in Restored.

Restored
The 6-Month Signature Program
You've been managing this for years. Maybe it's PCOS, a thyroid that keeps getting called borderline, a cycle that never came back after the pill, or trying to conceive while being told to "just relax." Maybe you're years into perimenopause, gaining weight through the middle on the same food that always worked. Maybe you've seen four practitioners and have a shelf of supplements and no clear picture. You don't need another protocol. You need someone to build the whole case, and stay in it long enough to see it through.
Everything in Rooted, Plus
- A second round of bloodwork at month four: your protocol for months four through six is built on real data, not hope
- Advanced functional testing where warranted: DUTCH, GI-MAP, HTMA, or food sensitivity panels, integrated into one coherent plan
- A four-phase protocol arc: Clear, Repair, Replenish, Rebuild
- Eleven 30-minute check-ins, every other week for six months
- Cycle and fertility mapping: basal temps, LH tracking, luteal phase length
- Full lifestyle layering: sleep, stress and cortisol rhythm, hormone-supportive movement, and a room-by-room product swap
- Your Long-Term Roadmap: what to keep, what to cycle, what to retest and when

The Metabolic Method
A 12-Week Weight Loss Program
No 1,200 calories. No endless cardio. Weight that won't move is almost never a willpower problem. It's a blood sugar, thyroid, cortisol, inflammation, muscle, or sleep problem, and usually more than one at once. Ali finds out which using your actual bloodwork, then fixes the mechanism instead of fighting the symptom. You'll eat more food than you expect. You'll lift. You'll sleep.
In perimenopause or past it? Nothing about your body broke. As estrogen falls, fat redistributes toward the abdomen, insulin sensitivity declines, and muscle and bone loss accelerate. The terrain changed, so the plan has to change with it, and this one does.

Good to Know
Questions People Ask
Straight answers from Ali.
Do I have to do the bloodwork?
Yes. It's the whole point. Working without labs means guessing. Ali will tell you exactly what to request, and can work with complete panels drawn in the last three to six months.
Is bloodwork included in the price?
No. Labs are billed separately through your insurance or at cash-pay rates, and you'll know the cost before you commit.
My doctor says my labs are normal. Why would Ali's read be different?
Standard ranges are built from population averages to flag disease. Optimal ranges are narrower and flag dysfunction, the space between "not sick" and "actually well."
Can I book a one-time session instead?
Ali no longer offers one-time sessions. One session gives you information without a system, and information alone hasn't worked yet.
I'm in perimenopause, or past it. Is this for me?
It's a large part of who Ali works with. Every program has a perimenopause and postmenopause track built in; your labs, protein target, training, and hormone content all shift accordingly.
Can I do this if I'm on HRT?
Yes, and many clients are. Ali isn't your prescriber, but she'll make sure your nutrition and training work with it, flag the markers your doctor will want to watch, and point you toward menopause-literate providers if needed.
Do you take insurance?
Not directly, but Ali can provide a superbill you can submit, and everything is HSA/FSA eligible.
What if I fall off?
You will. Everyone does. That's what the check-ins are for: no shame, just figuring out what made that week hard and building around it.
What happens after my program ends?
Graduates can continue on a maintenance basis. Ali will tell you honestly whether you need it; plenty of women finish and don't.
The Real Reason to Book
Your Body, Your Plan
You've already tried doing this alone.
You've read the accounts, bought the supplements, cut out the foods, and you're still here. What you haven't had is someone who reads your actual bloodwork the way it should be read, builds a plan around your body, and stays with you long enough for it to work. That's what Ali does.
